Priory of Pope Urban II

WHO WE ARE 

The Pope Urban II Priory is one of many priories that create the Ordre Souverain et Militaire du Temple de Jerusalem, Knights Templar Grand Priory of America (KTGPA).

​The Knights Templar Grand Priory of America takes its inspiration from the highest ideals and values of the Medieval Order of the Knights Templar. We are their spiritual heirs. 

​We are a Christian (Catholic, Protestant, and Orthodox) fraternal and chivalric Order that has no Masonic or political affiliations. We are ecumenical in that we are not affiliated with any single Christian denomination, but represent all of Christendom, organized for the fellowship and networking of like-minded believers. 

​Today, the Ordre Souverain et Militaire du Temple de Jerusalem is headed by our Grand Master, Brigadier General Ronald S. Mangum, and its Grand Priory of the United States is headed by Bishop Caesar Johnson (Grand Prior, KTGPA).
